What are the delivery times?
We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Generally, delivery occurs within a maximum of one week for France.

I live abroad, is it possible for me to order?
We deliver worldwide. Depending on the destination, delivery may take longer.
For countries outside the European Union, you can calculate the shipping costs when validating your basket.

Returns possible within 14 days
If the product does not suit you, you can return your order to us as soon as it is received within 14 days. However, no customized or already used products will be accepted.
What are the return conditions?
To obtain a refund, the products must be returned in their original packaging.
The return of your order will be performed via the carrier of your choice. The return costs are at the expense of the sender.
If you live outside of France, customs fees may apply and will be charged to the sender.
When will I be reimbursed?
The refund will be made within 15 days of the date of registration of your return. It is performed directly on the card used to make the purchase. If you prefer to receive a refund in the form of a gift voucher, don’t hesitate to specify it in a message accompanying your return.
How do I know if you have received my return?
Returns take about 2 to 8 working days to reach us after sending.
Once received, we open each package one by one to carefully process each request. This may take a little time. Don’t worry, you’ll be notified by email as soon as we have registered your return!
